Which of your sales tools can Claude connect to? Check in 20 seconds.
Tick the tools your team uses. For each one the table shows three things. Does it have an Anthropic-verified connector? Does it need a custom one? What do the five prospecting skills do with it? The marketplace listed 1,076 connectors on the read date. These 29 are the ones a sales team of 1 to 50 asks about.

What people type before they get here
Google autocomplete, read 6 November 2026: "is it safe to connect claude to gmail", "is it safe to connect claude to quickbooks", "can claude cowork connect to outlook", "can claude connect to sales navigator", "does claude integrate with salesforce", "claude connectors for small business", "best claude connectors for small business", "claude cowork for sales prospecting". The question is the same each time. Which of my tools, and is it safe? The table answers the first. The next section answers the second in Anthropic's own words.
Is it safe? What Anthropic's help article says
- "Connectors let Claude access your apps and services, retrieve your data, and take actions within connected services."
- "Claude inherits each person's permissions from the connected service." If you cannot open a record, Claude cannot either.
- "For each permission category or individual permission, select Always allow, Needs approval, or Blocked."
- On Team and Enterprise plans "an Owner or Primary Owner needs to enable them for the organization", and each person still signs in individually.
- Web connectors are available on Claude, Cowork, Claude Desktop and Claude Mobile; custom connectors through remote MCP on Free (one), Pro, Max, Ultra, Team and Enterprise.

My rule on every install, written into the handover. Read access first. Needs approval on anything that sends, pays or deletes. The sequencer keeps sending. Nothing outside the marketplace gets wired until you have read what it does.
Where the install starts
If every box you ticked is verified, the connectors are the easy part. The work is the five skills, the scoring rules and the approval queue. That is the install, $2,500 one time. If your team should run it themselves first, take the half-day training. It installs the same skills on their machines and credits toward the install. If you run Salesforce, start with the Salesforce in Claude plugin. The install adds the list, scoring and sequencing layers the plugin does not cover.
Straight answers
Is it safe to connect Claude to Gmail, HubSpot or QuickBooks?
Anthropic's help article says Claude inherits each person's permissions from the connected service. For each permission you select Always allow, Needs approval or Blocked. On Team and Enterprise plans an Owner enables a connector for the organisation. Each person still signs in. My rule on every install: read first. Needs approval on anything that sends, pays or deletes. The sequencer keeps sending.
Can Claude Cowork connect to Outlook?
Yes, through the Microsoft 365 connector. It covers Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. The separate Outlook connector left the directory. Web connectors work on Claude, Cowork, Claude Desktop and Claude Mobile, per the help article.
Does Claude integrate with Salesforce?
Yes, in beta. The marketplace has a Salesforce beta connector. Salesforce and Anthropic also ship a 37-skill plugin, in beta on paid plans since September 2026. A Salesforce admin turns on the MCP server and enters the client credentials. Then each seller signs in.
What about LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
No connector in the marketplace on the read date. I checked three names. Lists leave Sales Navigator as exports. They go through Apollo or Clay, which both have verified connectors.
Does this page send my selection anywhere?
