nurture operator for cold leads: sequences without starting from scratch.

most founders do not have a lead problem. they have a nurture problem. the form works. the welcome email fires. then silence. the lead goes cold because nobody owns the follow-up job. that is what the nurture operator is for.

a nurture operator is a Claude skill file with one job title: turn quiet leads into a sequence you can send this week. not a 47-email course. a dated follow-up plan with reply drafts you edit once and ship.

what the nurture operator outputs

when you run it, you should get four things in one pass:

  • a touch map. day 1 nudge, day 3 reframe, day 5 proof, day 7 close-or-walk. the ladder from the five GTM operators framework.
  • reply drafts. lowercase voice, one CTA per email, no objection-planting filler.
  • a walk rule. when to stop following up so you do not become spam.
  • a handoff note. what tag or segment to use in Kit so the right people get the right thread.

that is different from asking Claude to "write a nurture sequence." generic prompts produce generic drips. a job title forces the model to optimize for reactivation, not word count.

nurture vs distribution vs launch

install order matters. if nobody sees your offer, nurture will not save you. run the distribution operator first when the bottleneck is visibility. run launch when you keep planning and never ship the page.

nurture is the right first install when:

  • you have a list but open rates crater after email two.
  • inbound DMs stall after you sent pricing once.
  • you manually re-type the same follow-up every week.

how it pairs with offer and brain

cold leads often die because the offer was fuzzy on email one. if pricing and packaging are still moving, run the offer operator in the same week so nurture emails stop contradicting the sales page.

if every nurture draft sounds like a different brand, your context layer is missing. CLAUDE.md plus the brain architect operator keeps voice consistent across the sequence.

the install path

the free map at /operators/ tells you which operator to paste first. the full pack ($77) ships all five skill files in one zip if you want nurture, offer, and brain in the same install session.
