mcp servers for sales teams: 19 tools mapped by deal stage

an MCP server for sales is a set of callable tools an AI agent can use mid-deal: score the opportunity against MEDDIC, pull real excerpts from the prospect's latest 10-K, interpret their tech stack into an outreach angle, or check the employment-law rules that decide the deal. i built 19 of them, one for almost every stage of the B2B motion i sold through for six years. this is the map.

every server below is mine, built from the methodology i actually used carrying quota at deel, criteo, autodesk, and red points. thirteen are live in the apify store today; the newest six land this week. how the whole catalog gets built and sold is in the pillar post.

stage 1: qualify the deal

servertoolsprice/callwhat it does
meddic-coach-mcp6$0.10MEDDIC/MEDDPICC scoring, next-best question, economic buyer identification, deal probability, close plays
mutual-action-plan-mcp2freereverse-timeline mutual action plans from a go-live date
crm-pipeline-hygiene-mcp2$0.05MEDDPICC gap scoring per opportunity, happy-ears warnings, at-risk pipeline reports (live this week)
multi-threading-mapper-mcp1freeflags missing buying-committee personas and a play for each (live this week)

the qualification logic here is the same MEDDPICC discipline i wrote into my own pipeline reviews as an AE. the difference is an agent can now run it on every deal, every day, without getting bored.

stage 2: research the account

servertoolsprice/callwhat it does
10k-strategic-intelligence-mcp3$0.10fetches real SEC EDGAR filings, returns verbatim strategy excerpts with source URLs
smb-sales-intelligence-mcp10$0.05SMB prospecting and qualification intelligence
buyer-signal-mcp7$0.10buyer-intent signal interpretation
tech-stack-intel-mcp6$0.10turns detected tech stacks into buying committee, pains, and outreach angles (live this week)
saas-pricing-intel-mcp5$0.10indicative SaaS pricing benchmarks, negotiation levers, renewal timing (live this week)

the 10-K server deserves one honest note: it returns only verbatim quotes from real filings, tagged by theme, with the source link. an earlier draft "simulated" that analysis and never shipped. if a tool feeds an agent that talks to real buyers, invented data is disqualifying. that standard is the whole point of the verification layer.

stage 3: navigate compliance

servertoolsprice/callwhat it does
eor-compliance-mcp8$0.10global employment compliance scaffolding across 12 countries
emea-compliance-mcp7$0.10EMEA employment compliance, 7 countries
apac-compliance-mcp7$0.10APAC employment compliance, 8 countries
latam-compliance-mcp7$0.10LATAM employment compliance, 6 countries
eu-ai-act-mcp7$0.10EU AI act risk tiers, obligations, transparency templates, enforcement timeline (live this week)
legal-dpa-redline-mcp1freestandard SaaS pushback stances for common MSA/DPA redlines (live this week)

the EU AI act server is the timely one: the regulation's main application date is august 2, 2026. every output carries the same disclaimer the listing does: structured frameworks from the public regulation text, not legal advice.

stage 4: creator economy (the other catalog)

servertoolsprice/callwhat it does
viral-hook-mcp5$0.0510 hook formulas across 10 niches with a draft-to-hook rewriter
creator-rate-calc-mcp5$0.05creator rate calculations across deliverables and niches
closer-method-dm-mcp6$0.10DM scripts, objection handling, DM audits for brand deals
sales-engineering-mcp7$0.10technical discovery and sales-engineering frameworks

the creator servers run on the same frameworks as my free on-site tools like the UGC rate calculator, packaged for agents instead of browsers.

how to actually plug one into an agent

every server exposes a streamable HTTP endpoint shaped like https://elisabethhitz--<server>.apify.actor/mcp. point any MCP-capable client at it with an apify token in the authorization header and the tools appear in the agent's toolbox. no SDK, no install. each store listing carries the exact endpoint. the architecture behind that is in the deployment guide, and what the per-call pricing means in practice is in the pricing post.

frequently asked questions

what is an mcp server for sales?

a set of callable tools an AI sales agent can use through the model context protocol: deal scoring, account research from real filings, stack interpretation, compliance lookups. the agent calls the tool mid-task and gets structured JSON back.

do these replace an SDR or AE?

no. they give whoever (or whatever) is working the deal consistent access to methodology and real data. every output ends with the same instruction i'd give a new rep: verify deal-critical facts with the prospect directly.

what do they cost?

paid servers in this catalog run $0.05 to $0.10 per tool result plus a fraction of a cent per start; several are free. no subscriptions, billing is per call through apify.

if you'd rather build your own tools than rent mine, the AI builder toolkit at closermethod.com/skills is the library of skills these servers grew out of, and the brand voice skill runs free on the page first.
