about
a decade across enterprise sales and advertising taught me one thing: the work that decides whether a business grows is mostly the work nobody wants to do. i build the systems that do it.

the decade
one half of my decade was the agency side: advertising and social at houses like McCann and Young & Rubicam, and media at HBO. the other half was the revenue side, closing enterprise software: Criteo, Autodesk, Bloomberg, Deel. NYU underneath all of it.
the receipts: 268% of quota at deel · 167% at criteo · $1.2M in closed enterprise deals
that combination, campaigns on one side and quotas on the other, is the whole method: content that earns attention, and follow-through that turns attention into revenue. most businesses have neither running reliably. both are systemizable.
the turn
ten years of enterprise deals means ten years of watching the same gap: companies buy tools and keep doing the work by hand. when Claude got good enough to run real workflows, i stopped selling other people's software and started building the systems i had always wished my clients had. every system i offer runs in my own business first.
