claude pro ($20/mo) and a text editor (mac textedit, pc notepad, anything). that's it. no terminal, no code, no api, no setup wizard. the install is dragging a folder of .md files into claude.ai/projects · same gesture as uploading a photo to gmail. if you've used chatgpt, you can use this. install is 12 minutes once the files are in your downloads folder. the heavier skills (website, pitch deck, business plan, course outline) need claude pro to finish in one pass; the lighter ones (brand voice, faq, email funnel) run fine on free claude.

fair question. github.com/anthropics/skills has free files. marketplaces (agensi, agent37, skillsmp) sell single skills at $5–$60 each. all of that exists and is honest.

no. the brain doc is structured to absorb what you already have. paste your existing brand voice doc, writing-style guide, or icp doc into the 5-question template · they're designed for exactly this. the 26 skills then read FROM your existing doc, they don't replace it. day-one audit is partly me looking at what you've already written and stripping the parts that produce generic output. you keep the work you've done. the stack just plugs it into claude so it fires every time.

your business doesn't reset. SKILL.md files are plain text you can edit in any text editor. they follow anthropic's official skills spec (agentskills.io) so any claude-compatible client reads them. your install survives every pricing shift because the brain doc is yours, the install order is yours, the skills are yours. if anthropic ships a new format, the brain doc rewrites in 60 seconds. you keep shipping.
